Chief Executive OfficerBrendan is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in taxation, business services, ERP implementation and commerce. He has worked extensively in the UK and Australia for a number of large organisations principally within the mining, engineering and oil and gas sectors.
Brendan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Australia.
Previous employers include Intra Energy, Xanadu Mines Ltd, International Goldfields, Shell, Lycopodium Engineering and Crosbie Warren Sinclair.
Chief Financial OfficerShinichi has over 25 years’ experience in Managerial Accounting and Reporting, Corporate Planning, Supply and Distribution, Trading and Refinery operations at ExxonMobil, and more recently International Business Development at JXTG.
Shinichi also holds an MBA and Master of Engineering qualification. Shinichi is the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for Accounting, Finance and Control.
Head of FinanceTina has over 20 years’ experience in financial reporting and management, systems and controls.
Tina is highly experienced and efficient in the production and maintenance of budgets, cash flows, sales data, activity reports, financial reporting, payroll and inventory.
Tina is a key member of the executive team for the Petro National Group, particularly in the driving financial innovation and reporting for the business.
Head of B2B Sales & Supply OperationsTovin has over twenty five years’ experience in financial markets ranging from fixed income and equity products through to FX and Commodities.
He has specialised on the crude oil and refined products sector since 2001, gaining extensive experience in London where he worked for BNP Paribas and Trafigura.
Before joining Petro National in 2015, Tovin was based in Sydney where he consulted to Australian Corporates, mid-tier distributors and end users on fuel pricing, supply chain and price risk management.
Leveraging from his extensive experience, Tovin leads the B2B business development efforts and drives supplier relationships with a commercial mindset. He is responsible for setting Petro National’s sales strategy and provides direction on the implementation of our overall growth strategy, including M&A. This is done in line with our broader business strategy making him a key member of the Petro National executive team.
Head of Retail SalesKatsuya has 30 years’ plus of experience in the downstream oil business in Japan. Ranging from lubricant sales, Retail Fuel dealer business, planning and new business development.
Before joining Petro National, Katsuya was based in Sapporo, Hokkaido and managed over 700 service stations under ENEOS brand in JXTG Nippon Oil.
Katsuya is developing the retail strategy for Petro National Groups and managing the day to day operations of our current network.
